Connect your phone
Use desktop Chrome or Edge and a USB data cable. End calls, turn off the hotspot, and close serial monitors before connecting.
Save your recovery backup
The complete 4 MB backup stays on your computer. Keep it private: it may contain saved settings and credentials.
Install & verify
The update replaces the application. Your existing bootloader, partition layout, settings and SD card are preserved.
Keep the USB cable connected until verification finishes.

My phone doesn't appear or cannot connect.
Try a known USB data cable directly in your computer. Close other flashers and serial monitors. If your board has labeled BOOT and RESET buttons, hold BOOT, tap RESET, then release BOOT and reconnect. If a hardware-profile check fails, do not erase or change the partitions to bypass it.
What if installation is interrupted?
Keep your downloaded backup. Reconnect and retry only if the existing-firmware checks pass. If they block the device, use the recovery guide or contact Valleytech. This installer never performs a full-chip erase.
Does anything leave my phone?
Flash contents are read into this browser and saved only when you download your backup. The installer has no upload endpoint or analytics. Hosting providers receive ordinary page and firmware download requests.
